1. Debugging Process
No-load Debugging: Verify oil pump rotation direction and initial valve status (closed). Test excitation start/stop after power-on.
Operation with Material:
① Turn the control panel knob to"Auto"mode.
② Open the feed valve → Process slurry (customizable duration) → Open the flushing valve to discharge iron.
③ Completion of cycle: Close feed → Discharge iron → Close flushing valve.
2. Maintenance Guidelines
Daily: Check oil level (refill with the same type of transformer oil if insufficient).
Monthly: Clean the oil filter and inspect seal gaskets.
Annually: Replace transformer oil and inspect coil insulation
